Quoted from PCWorld, Nokia is planning to launch a tablet in a market around next 2012. The product to be launched is a product based on Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 8 Operating System.
The head of Nokia France, Paul Amsellem said in an interview as follows: “In June 2012 we will have a tablet running Windows 8”.
There have been close cooperation between Nokia and Microsoft on Windows Phone-based smartphone. So, Ben Wood, director of research at CCS Insight said that a tablet would be a logical step.
